Not at all. Children who did not order on photo day will receive an order form which allows them to order photos after the photos have been delivered, at no extra cost.

You can collect a spare envelope from your school office. If you wish to order online you can also ask your school office to reissue you with your child’s unique access key.
You can place an order online using either your child’s unique access key or via the school’s generic access key if they have chosen this path. Every school is different BUT check your school’s newsletter or notice board at the office.
Sometimes schools hand these out separately from the individual photos. Please check with the school office or class teacher.
Yes, please return your child’s envelope with the online order reference code clearly marked.
Your child will be allocated an access key via a slip of paper from the photographer or the school. If you have not received this key, please contact your school. Using this access key, visit leadingimage.com.au and select “Order School Photos” and follow the prompts. You will not need to return anything to the school or photographer once you have completed your online order.
If you ordered online, please contact us for a full refund. If you paid in cash and returned it to the school, you will need to contact the school to have them return it to you.
Generally the answer is no and it is very rare for this to be done and it is always at the school’s request. The cost of this is at the parent’s expense and final vito is Leading Image.
Yes. But it is vital that both parents return an envelope to the school for each child.
We can not accept individual parent requests on name changes. We go strictly by what the school supplies and advises. We suggest that you contact the school and discuss the change with them and ask them to advise us.
Place your order before photo day and your photos will be delivered in bulk to the school.

If you have placed an order online for photos already and your school has postponed the scheduled photo date, there is no need to worry. Your order and payment will be safely held by our secure payment gateway until when the NEW photo day is next scheduled. There is no need to contact us for a refund. We recommend you contact your school to find out the new school photo date.
Photo day depending on when it’s scheduled may look different to how it normally would; we are in unchartered waters. We will be discussing your school’s options directly with them and working towards the COVID-19 compliant photo day where all social distancing, hygiene and protective measures for your children are strictly adhered to in line with government requirements, advice, and directions.
Be assured that Leading Image is practising and adhering to all the Federal and State governments health advice including social distancing, staff ratios with the square metre rule within the office, surface cleans and staff personal hygiene with hand sanitiser stations and hygienic wipes at their disposal. Staff understand that they must not report to work if they are not 100% healthy including their extended families at home. All measures are being taken to protect our work force, suppliers, and our customers.
